Product description

G0-Cn compounds was synthesized through ring opening of epoxides by generation 0 of poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimers  and screened for using a model luciferase-mRNA. Analysis of luciferase-mRNA NPs transfection results showed that G0-C8 had the most effective mRNA transfection ability and was thus chosen as the ionizable lipid-like material for formulating targeted mRNA NPs for in vivo treatments.
